St. Martin de Porres	118 Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603	(For a print version of these directions, click here.) From Route 9, take Spackenkill Route (NY-113)toward Red Oaks Mill. Turn left onto Cedar Valley Road about 2 miles after getting on Spackenkill. The Church and school are on your right. The gym is attached to the school to the left of the Church.
Our Lady of Lourdes High School	131 Boardman Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603	(For a print version of these directions, click here.) From Route 9, take Spackenkill Road (NY-113) toward Red Oaks Mill. Turn left onto Boardman Road about 2 miles after getting on Spackenkill. The school and gym will be on your left about 1/2 mile down Boardman Road. Please note that Boardman Road is the first left before Cedar Valley Road, on which St. Martin de Porres is located.
Culinary Institute of America	1946 Campus Drive (Route 9), Hyde Park, NY 12538-1499	(For a print version of these directions, click here.) From the north entrance, turn right at the stop sign. Go past the soccer field. Veer left around the town houses and follow the road over a hall. The Student Recreation Center will be on your right. The gyms are located behind the main building at the Student Rec Center. To get to the Culinary Institute of America: From Route 9 South of the Mid-Hudson Bridge: Follow Route 9 North for 3 miles. The CIA is on the left. If you get to Stop & Shop, you've gone too far. From Route 9 North of Hyde Park: Take Route 9 South through Hyde Park. The CIA is on the right. If you get to Marist College, you've gone too far.
Vassar College: Athletic and Fitness Center	124 Raymond Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12604	(For a print version of these directions, click here.) From the Main Gate go straight toward the Main Building. Turn right at the stop sign. Continue to another stop sign. Follow road as it bears slightly around to the left. Turn right at the next road. Continue down the hill, over the bridge, up the hill and bear left. The AFC is the brick building to the left of the gray wood Walker Field House building. Parking is available in the lot. If you get lost, call the main gate security and ask for directions: (845)437-5204. Take Route 9 to Spackenkill Road (Route 113). Proceed about 1/2 mile on Spackenkill Road. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Wilbur Blvd. Turn right when Wilbur ends at Hooker Avenue. Turn left at first traffic light onto Raymond Avenue. Enter the college through the stone archway on the right. From the Taconic State Parkway: Exit at Route 55 westbound. Proceed six miles west to left turn onto Route 376 Extension/Van Wagner Road (which becomes Raymond Avenue), and proceed less than 1 mile to Vassar. Enter the college through the stone archway on the left. From Mid-Hudson Bridge: Cross the Mid-Hudson Bridge and continue on 44/55 East for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Raymond Avenue. Enter the college through the stone archway on the left.
Marist College McCann Center	3399 North Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601	(For a print version of these directions, click here.) Enter through the South Entrance next to the football/soccer field. Take the first left. The McCann Center is to the left of the parking lot. To get to Marist College: From Route 9 South of the Mid-Hudson Bridge: Follow Route 9 North for 1/4 mile. Marist is on the left. If you get to the Culinary Institute of America, you've gone too far. From Route 9 North of Hyde Park: Take Route 9 South through Hyde Park about 1/4 mile past the Culinary Institute of America (on your right). Drive past the football/soccer field to get to the south entrance. If you get to the Mid-Hudson Bridge, you've gone too far.
