INTRAMURAL LEAGUES
Girls: 4th - 6th Grade and 7th - 10th Grade
Boys: 3rd - 4th Grade, 5th - 6th Grade, 7th - 9th Grade and 10th - 12th Grade
These leagues practice one day per week (except high school league) and play competitive games with referees on Saturdays. At the time of registration, please note the days that you are UNABLE to practice. Practices will start the week of October 17 with games beginning on November 5 at both Gold's Gym and St. Martin. The high school league (10th - 12th grade) will start September 24 at Gold's Gym and doesn't practice during the week.
Please note that the times below could shift as we finalize the numbers of teams and how to handle the G7-10 and B10-12 leagues at Gold's Gym. The times below are from the 2019-2020 season.
- Girls (Grades 4 - 6) play on Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM at St. Martin
- Girls (Grades 7 - 10) play on Saturdays from 4 PM to 6 PM at Gold's Gym
- Boys (Grades 3 - 4) play on Saturdays from 1 PM to 4:30 PM at St. Martin
- Boys (Grades 5 - 6) play on Saturdays from 11 AM to 1 PM at St. Martin and 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Gold's Gym
- Boys (Grades 7 - 9) play on Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 4 PM at Gold's Gym
- Boys (Grades 10 - 12) play on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Gold's Gym
Intramural Evaluation Sessions: There will be two evaluations for each league to assist with forming balanced
teams with the second evaluation including scrimmages. Both evaluations are at the St. Martin gym.

Girls (Grades 4 - 6): 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Girls (Grades 7 - 10): 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Boys (Grade 3): 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM
Boys (Grade 4): 3:45 PM to 4:30 PM
Boys (Grades 5 - 6): 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Boys (Grades 7 - 9): 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Second Intramural Evaluations
As needed the week of 9/25
Boys High School League (10th - 12th Grade)
Teams from St. Martin, Holy Trinity, St. Mary's Wappingers and potentially other parishes. Pick-up games from 9/24 to 10/30. League games will start 11/5.
We will also enter a team in the Holy Trinity High School League, which plays games on Sunday from December through February. $40 additional fee applies to these teams.
We also look for community service opportunities for this league.
Playing Up - Not Allowed During the 2022-2023 Season
Only 2nd grade boys and 3rd grade girls can play-up to B3-4 intramurals and G4-6 intramurals, respectively. 9th graders who played on last year’s B8 travel team can play in the HS league. All other players must play at their grade level.
